• Our 100-ton general purpose flat cars are optimally designed for carrying a wide range of larger heavy-duty products including pipe, steel, military vehicles, and other specialized loads. They are available with a variety of anchoring systems as well.
• Autorack flat cars are 89′ cars available as 70-ton flush deck flat cars for application of bi-level autoracks, and 70-ton low-level flat cars designed for tri-level autorack service. These flat cars feature all steel, welded designs and are custom built to meet specific customer requirements.
• Bulkhead flat cars include 62′ and 52′ bulkhead flat car designs with side stanchions for carrying logs, pipe, or other applicable bulk products in accordance with our customers’ requirements. The 62′ design features a nailable steel deck between wood faced bulkheads with stake pockets. The 52′ car with stanchions has a steel deck and steel faced bulkheads.
• FlexiBeam™ center beam cars are the optimal cars for hauling a variety of forest and steel products. An all welded, 100-ton capacity flat car with end bulkheads and a girder of tubular beam construction on the longitudinal centerline. The car has a 286,000 lb. gross rail load.
• Slab cars are offered in various trough configurations for both hot slabs and cold slabs. Slab cars can be created from virtually any standard draft gear donor car.
